Az-Zakireen Dua Club
The intention of every worship is Qurbatan Ilallah. The essence of unconditional obedience to our Creator is to seek closeness to Him (SWT). Of the many methods taught to us by the Masoomen (as), one is through Zikr (Remembrance) and Tasbeeh (Glorification).
According to the Messenger of Allah (SWT), “Those who recite at least 10 verses daily from the Holy Qur’an are not counted among the Ghafileen (the heedless); those who recite at least 50 verses daily are among the Zaakireen (who remember Allah constantly); while the ones who recite at least 100 verses daily are from the Qa’neteen (of perpetual obedience).”
The purpose of forming the Az-Zaakireen Dua Club is to encourage children to recite supplications on a regular basis and thus form a habit of seeking closeness to Allah. This website also offers several Islamic activities; however, the approach is to keep children intimately engaged by implementing worksheets and projects that are fun to undertake!
